But if the basis is not right and you are literally building on sand, neither a (fan) relationship nor a marketing campaign will work. It collapses under pressure, with complex requirements and in difficult times.
This year's Adobe Customer Experience Day is all about the technological basis for great things and we are looking forward to hearing first-hand from one of the most emotional football clubs in the world about how it works with the genuine love of their fans.
For many years, Adobe Customer Experience Day has been our live event for IT and business around digital experience. Experience strategic thoughts and insights into Adobe technologies from customer projects. Look forward to the keynote speech by Christopher Peterka, who is known as "The Scout" as a speaker from politics, business and culture. Our customers from Borussia Dortmund to BMW will give you insights into their digital strategies based on Adobe technologies.
