Your tasks:
- Applicant management: You support us throughout the entire application process and ensure that talented people join our team quickly and smoothly
- Active sourcing: You use various channels and platforms to find the best candidates - and bring a breath of fresh air to our recruiting!
- Optimising the application process: We are open to your ideas on how we can become even more efficient and creative in our approach to candidates
- Building talent pools: You help us build a talent pool so that we always have access to the right talent
- Job management: You support the creation of job adverts, coordinate with the specialist departments and ensure that they are placed correctly on the right platforms
- Negotiations with job platforms: You conduct negotiations with job portals to ensure that our job adverts are placed in the best possible way
- Supporting applicants: You maintain contact with promising applicants and build long-term relationships
- HR marketing: You will expand our existing HR marketing with your creative approaches and develop future-proof strategies
- Culture and communication design: You maintain our existing communication channels (eggsperten journey, Company update, Happy Meter, Company survey, etc.)
- Involvement in other areas of People & Organisation Management: You help decide in which direction you would like to develop and contribute: Supervision of working students, company health management, contract creation and administration, or other exciting topics

What you bring along:
- You have a degree in economics or social sciences, psychology or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained experience in HR and recruiting - whether through internships or previous working student activities
- You are super organised, work independently and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy approaching people - whether in the application process or when working in a team
- You have a hands-on mentality and are actively involved in all tasks
- You have a high sense of responsibility and enjoy making decisions independently
- Your quick perception helps you to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics and find solutions
