Here, values are not only read out loud, but also lived. Since joining in November 2021, I have felt well taken care of and that motivates me every day anew. I'm glad to have eggs as my first employer, right after I graduated. I learn so many new things every day, which also has a lot to do with the helpfulness of my colleagues.

I would like to have the ability to fly/teleport. Then I could work through my vacation wish list much faster.

I am very loyal to the people around me, can empathize well with others, would describe myself as empathetic and unfortunately sometimes very chaotic, although I usually have my chaos under control quite well, even if it does not always seem so 😉.

I like to do yoga to get into the day, to let the day end or to refuel energy in between times. I can't imagine a life without books, I love to read and take time out from everyday life, no matter if I read for myself or dive into the colorful world of children's literature with my son. Otherwise, I like to be outside, hiking, walking, exploring cities, lying in the grass, the main thing is fresh air and a good mood.

What are the advantages/disadvantages of a job at eggs unimedia?

A very big advantage is that here at eggs you get the opportunity to flexibly arrange your working hours, you can adjust your working hours to your personal needs and don't have to arrange everything else according to work, as is usually the case. This has definitely more than helped me as a single mom and student. Another advantage is that you (almost always) enjoy going to work because of the relaxed relationship with your colleagues. It never gets boring here and so far I can't see any disadvantages to working here.

You get a vacation as a gift. Where to and why there ?

If I were given a vacation as a gift, I would go to Patagonia. This region of South America is just so diverse, besides the Andes there are big glaciers, but also deserts, steppes, rainforests and beaches. I think you can spend an extended vacation there without being bored for a second.

What superhero ability would you like to have ?

My everyday life is sometimes very stressful, there is always a lot to do, so a 24-hour day is occasionally not enough to get everything done and done the way I would like to. If I could pick one superhero ability, it would be Flash. That way I could get my work done quickly for eggs and for my studies, the household and unpleasant everyday things, and have time and peace for the nice things in life.

What I like most about eggs is that the climate here is so good. I've worked in other employment settings and haven't experienced anything comparable. Overall, everyone gets along well here, and the basic atmosphere is good. This ensures that you can work productively, that you enjoy coming here and that the work is fun. Laura, my "boss" in HR, with whom I share the office, always takes time for me, gives me a great introduction to everything, teaches me an incredible amount and is, in short, the best colleague you could wish for.
